High online lag/high ping - At the moment, we're looking into any potential causes of such lag on our part. In the meantime, please be advised that the game uses a Peer to Peer connection where one of the players is hosting the game on their machine. [Xbox/Microsoft Store] Lost hats - While we're looking into what could be causing some players to lose their hats, letting our support here know of the following can help us identify and fix it:
- Did you, at any point, cancel or skip the "Syncing data" window popping up?
- Have you switched accounts?
- Are you playing both on PC and Xbox?
- Were there any changes to other saves when you noticed the hats were missing? For example, progress in Tiers of Heck/Wave Survival, settings in options, etc.
- Do you recall any actions that could have affected the save games in any way?
[STEAM] Game doesn't load - Until a fix is available, closing the Epic Online Services will allow you to play. To do that:
- While the game is running, open the Task Manager and select the Details tab;
- Right-click on the game process and select "Analyze wait chain.";
- Terminate the process "EpicOnlineServicesUserHelper.exe.";
- The game should then start.
Randomly loading into Tiers of Heck - We are aware of this issue and aim to deploy a fix on the next major update.
