Before reaching out to us:
- Please make sure your game is up to date
- Go through the Gameplay and Tech issues sections. Maybe the solution is already waiting for you there
- If the bug/glitch is still not listed, then please contact our Support team via this form. You're kindly requested to provide us with screenshots and/or videos (if applicable), as well as mention what Mode and what version of the game you were playing.
Be also prepared to send your save files, crash reports, and PC specifications (Graphics Card, Processor, RAM, etc.) to our team!

If your game crashed, a crash report is created which can help our testing team to figure out what happened! The files are usually located here: C:\Users<your PC>\AppData\Local\CartelTycoon\Saved\Crashes (If you installed the game on C: disk.)- UE4Minidump.dmp
