We always try to make our games compatible with as many mobile devices as possible. If yours is not currently supported, please keep in mind that it may not be possible to do so because of hardware and/or software limitations.Quite a few times though, erroneous messages of "unsupported device" could be solved by doing the following:
- Restart your phone and make sure that you're running the latest MIUI/Android version;
- Through settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Google Play Store > Clear cache (as a second step, you can also try the "Clear all data" option too);
- Check if your phone is on battery-saving mode or if it's running any performance-boosting apps, as they are known to sometimes cause apps to misread the phone specs, and if yes, try deactivating them before downloading the game.
