UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE EULA:
- Launch the game
- Press (A) to continue when prompted (if you're unable to, please check the controller's batteries and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection, and if possible, use a wired solution)
- Press the "Read License Agreement" button and scroll to the bottom of the page
- Then press (B) to return to the game
- Press Accept to proceed with playing or Decline to terminate the game.
NOTE: there is NO BUTTON on the EULA Browser page; you have to return to the game to Accept/Decline
UNABLE TO PRESS (A):
We are doing our best to address this known issue in Series X|S as soon as possible. If the button is unresponsive when opening the game, please restart the game. It should work after 2-3 times.
- Exit the game
- Swap Xbox accounts (if you don't have a second account, please, create one)
- Start the game – choose New Game
- Once in-game, go into the Pause Menu
- Press Y to Switch Accounts
- Select the first account (the account the freezing was happening on)
- In Pause Menu, select Restart Chapter
